What are decals, and how do they work?

Decals are sticker-like materials that are applied on top of other shaders. You can see this everywhere in Cyberpunk - from stitched seams on clothing up to graffiti on the walls.

Many transparent materials will ignore decals, so they will project through them.

Which materials support decals?

This list is preliminary until jato understands what controls decal display, but we can already say that anything not on the list will ignore decals.
